A VW perk

Daddy surprised us one afternoon when he got a chance to test drive the 2012 Newly redesigned Beetle. They aren't even at the dealerships yet, but he brought this one home for us to see and try.

Strawberry Picking

 On May 29, we went to Great Country Farms with the Wills Family for strawberries. Both girls could eat these all day long if we let them! Clara even picked one that had a thumb!

 Meghan couldn't wait and ate a few straight from the field.

 We enjoyed seeing all of the farm animals, and Clara was brave enough this year to feed the pony and the goat. But the little baby goat was one of our favorite things to visit.

A wonderful big sister to Meghan, Clara also loved helping Maddie jump on the big, inflatable jumping pillow.

Good Night, Sleep Tight

 Meghan takes more and more independent steps each week.

 Clara was invited by a friend from preschool to "Bring a Friend to Dance Class"

She was excited and nervous all at the same time.

She had a great time and learned the "monkey," "jack-in-the-box," and how to shuffle.

 Meghan tried out her new forward facing car seat and loved the new view! Clara and Meghan often hold hands while we're driving, which is so sweet!

 Recently, Clara's artistic abilities have taken on new detail. She draws people with hair and other details. She also adds grass and skies to her pictures. It has been very fascinating to watch how her art has changed as she has grown herself.

 She LOVES to dress up for preschool! We're ready for more warm weather and spring dresses!

 Clara decided to pretend she was the Mommy at the pool and set up everything including taking the baby in the stroller.

 Meghan is almost a year old! She loves accessorizing with necklaces.

January Highlights

Though not walking on her own yet, Meghan can push herself around on her little car and walk with her walker toy.

We took a winter walk to see the snow covered berries. Beautiful!

Clara keeps herself entertained in the snow making snowballs, snow angels, and digging.

Meghan watched from the warmth of her house.

On our first snow day of the year, Clara made Valentine's wreaths.
